an apportionment of light is the fifth in a series of installation works that explore how the human body inhabits architectural space. How much light is enough, and how is it shaped, rationed and mediated through the structures that surround us? This new work-in-progress was shown for the first time at Movement 12′s event Something at Brighton Festival 2010. A site-specific, tour-able version of the installation entitled Urban Solarium is in development.
